You can buy the data and import it using the Downloader. Avail: NYSEDATA.com
In QC, you can pull up the current bond rates (for example):
VIEW | Popup | FormDisplay
Right-click | Load Form | Treasuries
Or, you could pull up whatever you're looking for by CUSIP search. I don't know about esignal.
