Hey b2f-
Check out the formula primer in the download section... a must have (5 star rating)!
You will be interested in the llv(data array, periods) function. Also, sheck out llvbars(), lowestsince(), and lowestsincebars().
An exploration example might be:
If(C<=LLV(C, 252),1,0);
