Hi, I have just posted a new special on the Dev Kit in the Advertisement forum...
I am hoping to build this area in to a fabulous thriving network!

Hi Marilyn,
just two short questions.
Which version is the DevKit, 9.1?
Is the .Net Framework fully supported or only Visual C++ .Net?
Thanks in advance
Chris

Hi Marilyn
What's the phone number for international customers? 1-800 etc doesn't work for us.

Marilyn,
I just order the MDK and I got two emails stating this info-
First email
"MSO Developer's Kit"
Second email
"MDK 8.0 Read"
but then you said
Version is 9.1
am I getting the wrong version? They both gave me the discount. :?

I had our distribution house pull all the copies of 8.0... 9.1 is technically not released until I get the covers printed (which I was doing this afternoon and will finsih tomorrow). But the only product shipped will be 9.1... The sales guys had to enter something in the computer... I just forgot you would get an email saying 8.0

No, .NET is currently not supported.
C++.NET should work fine with little or no adjustment to your code, but there are no included files for C# or VB.NET.
VB.NET made many changes to the language, so it may not be able to work for MSFL without quite a bit of work.

Not to beat a dead horse here... I know it won't work with MSX, but is there an example in the new MDK for vb.net and DDE? MDK v8 only listed a C++ example?

I have MDK v8.0.
1. Where can I go to find a complete list of all the differences between MDK v8.0 and the latest? (comparison)
2a. Can I upgrade?
2b. If so, how much?
Cheers,
Skeeta
