hey brownsfan..... you can add 'bot' thru the downlader, just create that new symbol and add to any folder..... if your using meta online when you type in that ticker meta will not reconize it and take you thru the symbol creation steps..... using quotecenter the symbol might require the country code, 'us;bot'...... using the downloader just add 'bot' .......h

'bot' or 'us;bot' is recognized by reuters/qc now, meaning you can get a quote after you've added it to an online folder..... your probably refering to how long before 'bot' will be in the symbol download, of that i'm not sure..... reuters does update its symbols, seems it's every couple months , give or take a month.... patrick , marilyn or steveb would know for sure.... that download update will only effect the online folders, not your local data..... you'll have to add it to those yourself...... h
