I am wondering if there is a way with the EOD quotes (Reuters DataLink) to determine whether the day's High or the day's Low was achieved first ? The Open is chronologically before the Close on the same bar - likewise is there a way to determine for the High and Low ? I also use the MetaStock SDK (C++) but have'nt found whether this is possible. Thanks, Adheer.

I don't see how that would be possible with EOD data since it is a composite of the days trading activity.

You need to find a data provider (paid or otherwise) that can give you course of sales information... Yahoo! once provided it for a limited period a while ago for Australian stocks, but I am not too sure about other countries? wabbit :D
