Ok... I started trying to find some Louisiana area REIT's. I found a couple of diversified REIT's in the general area and prices are plummeting. That makes common sense to me. My question is- when will be the time to get into these types of investments? I'm not looking for a technical analysis answer, but just a rational overview.
