hey banocto..... the simplist method by far is just to use the organizer route.... thats under each of the explorer, expert advisors and indicator builder tabs.... meta will create the proper folders/files..... its a straight forward process, just choose the items you want to back up.... the organizer will export to any folder, it doesn't matter.... when you import back in , meta will only see the formulas and disregard anything else.... so if the cd contains pictures, music, excell files, and such, it won't hurt anything...... if your handy with computors, you could go into the metastock folder and just copy the files..... the draw back there is it will be an all or none deal..... h
