hey fousc.... winros.exe is in esignals free download from their site.... patricks suggestion should solve your dilemma.....
in answer to this exact question, reuters datalink will work to a degree, in that you can use the downloader to download the broad market indicators to your local data files....
that will do nothing for real time data though....h
