So they try to save you the trouble ... We will try to get the chat working. Then I held the shift key while clicking the MS Community icon - still no good. I get the same message. Now that I've thought about it for a while, the janitor theory is sounding more credible. After I was told to forget about the MS Community, I got a great tip on removing stubborn grease stains from my burbur carpet. :wink: RC

Here is what I used: Nickname = Ray Password = ******** Server = community.equis.com Then I changed it to something more unique: Nichname = Ray2733 Password = ******* Server = community.equis.com Popped me right in.
