Yesterday afternoon, January 11, 2012, we
encountered a severe hardware failure causing our MetaStock Online Community forum
to go down. Unfortunately this failure caused us to lose all data on our forum
from January 3, 2012 through January 12, 2012. In no way were accounts compromised; however any posts or new sign-ups made during that time are unrecoverable. We strive to provide a
reliable environment in which our customers can share data and we understand customers
rely upon this tool. We will be doing a thorough audit to determine the full
impact and the issues encountered to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future. We regret any inconvenience this has caused any of you.
