I have no experience in using MDK.

I want to know when I am using the MDK in VB, can I call the MetaStock's build in functions (e.g. Cross, Highest, Lowest)?

VB cannot build a win32 DLL, so VB can't do the MSX part of the MDK at all. Having said that, the MDK can't call any of the built in functions in MetaStock no matter what language you use. You can pass the results of a function in MetaStock to your DLL and have it process results using that.
