I'm trying to download "webres.dta" but can't get to the dowload files section, it keeps looping back to the log-in screen

From the "Download" link on the "Navigation" column on the left side of this screen, then from the "other files" link on the subsequent screen. It's still looping me back to the log in screen. but the real question is, where have you POSTED "webres.dta"?

All of the links on the "Download" page loop back to the login screen. Can't get to any of the downloadable files. :x
