Where to report/correct Downloader data errors for Volume?

Where do I go to report and get fixed the Downloader's Volume data for symbol RIG? Average volume is around 15 million shares/day - Downloader is reporting about 250,000 and it's messing with my charts bigtime.

Hello, The old DownLoader (11 and prior) truncates the last 2 digits from volume data. I believe there were technical limitations for this. The updated Downloader that comes with the latest version of MetaStock (DataLink subscribers can also get a standalone version of the new DownLoader) does not truncate the values. If this does not appear to be the issue, Technical Support should be able to assist in identifying the problem.
