Transfer Custom Lists from TheDownloader 11 to MS 13 EOD

Hello
I've created lists for the Euro Stoxx 600 and it's supersectors in The Downloader 11 as I intend to scan them with my explorations in MS13 EOD and I also require the data/lists for another program. How can I transfer the lists from The Downloader to MS 13 EOD? Sadly I haven't found any export/import function.
Your help is highly appreciated.

Did you make these into SYM files? You could Edit the SYM file and Copy (Ctrl-C) the Symbol column to the Windows Clipboard.
After doing this, you can open MetaStock 13, click Manage Lists-->Custom Lists, and click New-->Online Instruments. In the large white box below where you would type the symbols one at a time, left click your mouse into this box. Press CTRL-V to Paste the symbols in.
