Problem with the Downloader. QuoteCenter freezes when it reaches “Starting data retrieval"

The
DownLoader has stopped working. When I try to retrieve data, QuoteCenter opens
and goes through the preliminary stages, but it freezes when it reaches “Starting
data retrieval".
Reuters Datalink
works OK when I retrieve data for one stock.
Can anyone
help?
