Dear Sir,
Whenever I am trying to re install Metastock 11 Prof I
am getting an error message----
an error occurred during the move data process-119
Component Microsoft Shared dlls.
File group Microsoft shared dll self reg
File C:\Windows\System32|\msxml4.dll
Short of reinstalling my OS (which is Win7) how do I solve this problem?
I have downloaded msxml4.dll--replaced it in System 32 and registered
it by going to Command Prompt --regsvr32 msxml4.dll
---but it doesn't work.
Installing it in safe mode doesn't solve the problem either.
I contacted Equis support who instructed me to move the installation file to the Documents/Downloads folder---but that doesn't help.
Any suggestions?
