I need help on the log in part ...
after I subscribed to Metastock 11 end of day ... I got an email from Equis, two actually ... I used the user id to logon and password provided in the email ... but when I logon it says and I quote "This is a subscription version of Metastock
it will only work with a subscription based account from Reuters DataLink"

Reuters Datalink has two data pricing models. One, starting at $60 / month, includes free access to the MetaStock end of day software for the duration of the subscription. The other, starting at $25 / month, requires you to have purchased MetaStock. If you have installed the version of metastock that comes with the $60 subscription model but are trying to log in with an account for the lower price data packages, you will get the error message you listed. To resolve this, please contact either our Sales or our Support departments and they can verify the correct data package is setup for your version of MetaStock.
