i tried fixing it registering teechart5.ocx, but it didn´t work :s
Help pls

Teechart5.ocx has some 50 or so DLLs that it depends on. If any of those are not registered properly, the teechart file will not work. I suggest contacting Support through chat or by phone and they can go through the files with you if it is determined no other action will help.

in regional settings into American settings did work.
