Hi I am trying to download the data for the US market for the past 10 years by sector and the downloader is crashing again and again. I thought the data is too much so reduce to one sector by secor and still keep on crashing I could see in the event viewer that qcenter is crashing again and again with the following error. Is anybody having the same issue. is there any downtime they notify the users and how about extending the days we are not able to download the data? Unfortunately the kernel32.dll is a very generic error. It could mean that the QCenter.exe itself has become damaged or corrupted. Personally I would recommend reinstalling the software (you may want to uninstall/delete the C:\Program Files\Equis he DownLoader folder first).
