I signed up online for MetaStock EOD yesterday, and promptly received both the license key and an email with the activation code. I downloaded and installed the MetaStock software....and all was good up to the point where MetaStock asked me to logon (via the Logon window popup). I entered (and reentered) what I believe is the proper user name and password (same ones I successfully used to logon to the MetaStock website in order to check my account status). No luck logging on to the MetaStock software, however. This is the error message that repeats every time I try. "The online vendor account is not configured properly or does not support this feature." Any help will be sincerely and genuinely appreciated. Thank you! CHEERS! D

This may also occur if the Port is not set properly or there is a problem with the billing on the account.
