Sometimes when I change the periodicity from say 15 min to 30 min I get an error - "Your Request has been rejected by the file server". Anyone that can help me.

We would need more information to research this......
Who is your data provider.
What else is on the chart when you change it?
Is the chart part of a layout?
How many periods or bars are loaded on the chart?
