Patrick, You mentioned you got a new mic to do your recordings. Is it any good? I don't have one at all connected to my computer. What would you recommend? Anyone...

I went to my local computer store and got a AUS$ 20 mic that swings off the side of my monitor. It does the job for me. No feedback. No aliasing. Combined with my computer speakers AUS$30 pair, they make a good hands free solution for internet chat. Some of my mates have heasdsets with boom mics etc. They are OK too, but they are connected to the computer by cables, so they are stuck, whereas I can wander around anywhere in my home office and still communicate. wabbit :D
