what is the elliot wave exploration name (e.g. AO Elliot Waves 13%, Alpha Omega Signal Scan, etc) where it scans stocks that have an L21 buy signal. tia.

I do not believe there is an exact match for this formula (several of them are similar) but if you contact our support and let us know the email/contact information you have the product purchased under we should be able to help you move the code from the Expert Advisor into the Explorer.
