Hi,

My System Tester is not working in MetaStock XIII; I have been told that it is a bug by the service dept.

I use a french version of Windows 7 Premium (64bits) with a Intel i5 processor dand 8 GB of memory.

Does someone knows if I change the operating system to english by upgrading Windows 7 Premium to Windows 7 Ultimate will that solve the problem?

If you grab the very latest service release this bug should be fixed. Open MetaStock, then choose "Check for updates" from the Help menu. Download and install the latest MetaStock service release.

With End-of-Day you will need to go to https://www.metastock.com/Customer/Service/Downloads

Sign in and download MetaStock End-of-Day (this is always the latest build) which I believe will be under Step #3.

Sorry, but System Tester is still not working, even with the new version!
