Missing $ ICE AA Setup 1 in Enhanced Profit Tester

When I installed ICE I ran QLGC file and everything completed as shown. However, when I attempt to use Ticker Symbols from the DJ30 that were created from Worden Bros. and completing the ICE 81 optimation. I then enter the values of 4v-1. Then I receive an Email that ICE formula Wizard Step #1 custom installer has been created for AA. When I choose the Enhanced System Tester the $ICE AA Step 1 does not appear in Enhanced System Tester like the QLGC did.

If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, you must right click on the ICE install files and chose "run as admin". Otherwise, the formulas will not be correctly imported.
