Started getting these 2 errors when trying to bring up charts using the data on demand portion of MS 7.03 today. "Unable to Delete Securities from Online Cache" is one, the other is "User is No Longer Valid in Folder". Depends on the symbol I look up. Looking up STP gets me the 2nd error. Looking up CSCO gets me the 1st. Anyone Know an easy fix to this ?

The solution : Locate the Metastock DataOnDemand folder -> look for any files that begin with ~ (Tild) Delete those files.

eleven7 and All, If your initial thread question has been answered, in addition to offering your thanks in a new post at the bottom of the thread, please edit your first post and add "[RESOLVED]" to the subject. This way we know what issues remain outstanding and which issues have been, well, resolved. If your subject line is too long, delete enough characters from the right hand side of the subject line so that [RESOLVED] can appear in full. I have edited your post for you this time. wabbit :D
