Aleksander, Director of Education of Smart Money English, studied Philosophy and Literature at Stony Brook University in New York and graduated with honors on the Dean’s List, Magna Cum Laude. After graduating he began working on the NYMEX trading floor for K.G. Capital, a commodities market making firm where he worked as a Head Analyst for options and futures. After five years in Natural Gas and Crude Oil he transferred to the NYBOT/COMEX floor where he continued as an analyst in Coffee, Sugar, USD Index and Gold. A few years later he got a job as a broker’s assistant at R.V Brokerage and took ESL teaching training courses with Oxford Seminars.

He left New York for South America in 2011 and began teaching English to students of all ages and language levels. His extensive experience as an English teacher and Analyst makes him the perfect Director for SME’s Financial English program.
