If you are having trouble logging in with your correct username and password and are just being returned to the login prompt- without an error message- and, you have tried different browsers, cleared your cookies and cache, Community Leader has alreaset your password multiple times, Community Leader can log in to your account without any problems, and still nothing works for you... then, take a look at your browser settings.

CS requires that JavaScript be enabled.

In Internet Explorer 6.x, check the following:

Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options...

In the Internet Options window, select the Security tab (at the top of the window).

Under the Security tab, select the Internet Web content zone.

Under Security Level for this zone:

If there is a slider bar move the slider bar to Medium.

Otherwise, if the security level is Custom:

Click on the Custom Level ... button at the bottom of the page to open the Security Settings window.

In the Security Settings window scroll down until you get to the section called Scripting (near the bottom).

Under Scripting there is a category Active scripting, select the option marked Enable for this category.

Click the OK button twice.

Now, clear your cookies and cache and restart IE. Problem should be fixed.
