Candlestick characteristics

Candlesticks have different traits when an expert is attached. For example:

־ Solid candles will show negative closes

־ Hollow candles will show positive closes

־ Colors will come from the highlights of an expert depending on the condition that is specified

Remember, candlesticks were created based on the relationship of the open and close of the same bar value. When the close is greater than the open, the bar is solid. When the close is less than the open, the bar was hollow. Colors were never important.

The colors you see for each bar is based on the color properties of the chart which allows you to set an up color and a down color… solid vs hollow has nothing to do with colors. If you set these up and down colors, the program will compare today's close to yesterday's close. If today's close is greater than yesterday's close then up color, else down color.
